Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting :
• Identify potential clients through online research, inbound inquiries, and cold outreach via email, calls, and LinkedIn.
• Qualify leads based on defined criteria.
2. Sales Pipeline Management :
• Maintain an organized pipeline of leads and opportunities in the CRM system.
• Follow up with prospects consistently to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
3. Product Demonstration :
• Schedule and deliver product demos to potential clients, addressing their pain points and showcasing the SaaS solution's benefits.
• Respond to client queries promptly with detailed and tailored solutions.
4. Sales Targets & Reporting :
• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide regular updates on sales activities, lead status, and performance metrics to the sales manager.
5. Customer Engagement :
• Build strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers in target accounts.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through the onboarding process if needed.
6. Market Feedback :
• Gather and report feedback from prospects and clients to help refine sales strategies and improve the product.
