We are hiring for one of our clients who specializes in cloud software for B2B e-commerce, enabling brands to digitize and scale their distribution offline & online. As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying target customers within our client\'s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), engaging with the customers through various channels, and nurturing them to schedule product demonstrations.Responsibilities :- Identify and prioritize target customers falling within the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).- Utilize various communication channels including calls, emails, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, etc., to engage with prospects and build relationships.- Conduct personalized outreach campaigns to educate prospects about our solutions and offerings.- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products to potential customers.- Collaborate closely with the sales team to schedule and coordinate product demonstrations for qualified leads.- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly targets for lead generation and opportunity creation.- Continuously track and analyze the effectiveness of lead generation campaigns and strategies.- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and activities in the CRM system.Requirements :- Proven experience in inside sales or lead generation roles, preferably in the B2B SaaS industry.- Strong understanding of sales techniques and methodologies.- Proficiency in email campaigns, LinkedIn campaigns, and sales navigator tools.- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.- Ability to effectively engage with prospects and build rapport over the phone and through digital channels.- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.- Strong organizational and time-management skills.- Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
