• Conduct outbound sales activities to potential clients
• 1+ years in a similar role.
• Excellent English communication skills are needed. Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, and Malayalam are preferred.
• Prior experience handling lead generation and sales enablement
• Proven track record in lead generation.
• An avid social media network, excellent at oral and written communication
• Well versed with leading sales methodology
• Must work well in a team selling environment, able to keep an open communication particularly when working remotely.
• Have an understanding of learning, technology & human capital.
• Strong preference for human capital technology.
• Network and build relationships with key stakeholders
• Deliver impactful sales presentations to showcase company offerings
• Generate leads and follow up on sales opportunities
• Manage sales operations effectively
