Key Responsibilities :- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through research, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure alignment with our target market.- Conduct product demos and presentations to potential clients, effectively communicating the value of our SAAS solutions. - Handle objections, negotiate terms, and close sales in alignment with company policies and goals.- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients throughout the sales cycle. - Understand client needs, address concerns, and provide tailored solutions to ensure high levels of satisfaction.- Track and manage sales activities using CRM tools.- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports on a regular basis to the sales manager, highlighting key metrics, trends, and areas for improvement.- Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company objectives. - Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and product enhancements.- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape. Qualifications :- Proven track record of success in inside sales, preferably within the SAAS industry.- Experience with sales cycles, CRM systems, and sales methodologies.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner. - Strong negotiation and closing abilities, with a customer-centric approach.- Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
