Responsibilities :- Undertaking the market to determine target customer organizations and key decision-makers- Contacting customers to present company capabilities and help them evaluate our solutions and manages the end-to-end sales cycle.- Responsible for the end-to-end deal lifecycle (Lead Generation, Leads identification, communicating value proposition, creating customer presentations and proposals, building, and nurturing client relationships)- Collaborate with internal teams to pursue and convert prospects and build a robust lead pipeline- Establish partnerships and drive channels sales- Assessing customers problem areas and requirements, having technical discussion with customers & preparation of techno-commercial proposal to meet the customer requirements- Ensure recurring business flow from existing customer accounts and performing key account management through commercial negotiationRequired skills and experience :- At least 5+ years of experience in IT sales (International)- Experience in selling IT services and/or packaged solutions like ERP, CRM, eCommerce solutions- Accountable person with a "Go-getter" attitude, who can work with minimal supervision- Effective Negotiation skills and proven sales record of successfully closing the deals- Ability to nurture and grow future business interests- Proposal writing, Communication, and Presentation skills- As this is a field job, the candidate should be open to travel to meet prospects, customersEligibility :- A Bachelor\'s degree preferably a BBA, B.com, and MBA (Finance & Marketing) or equivalent throughout first division with 5+ years\' Experience in Sales.- Must have excellent analytical skills, presentation skills, and communication skills.- Must have consistently good academic records and consistency in educational/work backgroundInterested ones Candidates directly connect us : 70874-04014HR TeamYiron Technologies Pvt Ltd (ref:updazz.com)
