Job Title : Consultant/ Sr. Consultant Strategy & Business DevelopmentShift Timings : 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM (Mon-Fri)Nature of Assignment : PermanentLocation : Pune/Noida/ ChandigarhSat & Sun are fixed off.Job details :Duties and Responsibilities :- Generate and acquire leads to establish new meetings with potential clients in the IT sector in the US and Canada.- Conduct cold calls to leads sourced from trade shows, networking events, strategic accounts, and prospective clients.- Oversee the entire business development pipeline, from the initial sales call to the closing of deals.- Possess comprehensive knowledge of IT services, technology sales, data centers, cloud services, AWS, Azure, and cybersecurity.- Cultivate and maintain relationships with a targeted list of direct clients and partners across all levels, including C-level and operational/managerial levels.- Aid in creating a client base of qualified contacts, uphold performance standards, and expand the pipeline for future business.- Support the management of client accounts by participating in or observing meetings, handling correspondence, communicating with clients, and addressing any concerns. Required Experience and Qualifications :- Bachelor/master\'s degree in business, Human Resources or related field preferred social networking sourcing skills preferred Strong internet skills including a variety of web-based applications.
