Job Description


- Conduct outbound calls to generate leads, qualify prospects, and convert them into sales opportunities.- Follow up with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and provide relevant solutions.- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate customer information and sales activities.- Develop and nurture relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-ups.- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.- Analyze sales metrics and provide reports on sales performance and pipeline status.Key Responsibilities :- Identify and target potential customers through various sales channels.- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales goals.- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.- Work closely with marketing teams to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns.Preferred Qualifications :- Proven experience in inside sales or tele-sales.- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales software.
