Responsibilities :- Building the sales funnel generating leads via cold calling, emailing and other lead generation activities- Handling incoming queries and building good client relationships- Ensuring all leads are well qualified by identifying the correct decision makers and understanding their requirements.- Handing overqualified leads to sales teams with the objective of closing the sale- Creating and maintaining account lists, contact databases to supplement lead generation efforts - Achieving weekly/monthly targets as set out by the business- Need to have prior experience in a similar role with a solid track record of sales in outbound calling and emailing.- Should have hands on experience in using marketing automation platforms and CRM- Experience in customer service and relationship building are highly desirable- Must be familiar with technologies like RPA, Machine Learning, speech to Text. Any certification in this would be added advantage (for Tech business).Other Soft Skills :- Should possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills- Should be proactive, willing to learn and a strong team player- Should be tech savvy and comfortable using a combination of lead nurturing tools- Essentially a go getter with a keen eye to spot new opportunities in global markets- You are a dynamic professional, a self-starter with ability to quickly recover from setbacks.
