Troubleshoot problems and drive resolutions
Escalate unresolved issues to relevant internal teams
Collect prompt and accurate customer feedback
Manage and monitor the internal and field engineers for measurable output
A: Spare Sales: * He is responsible for spares, service and customer complaint of MTP Conveyors and projects.
Sales target for spares annually 6 cores
Generate enquiries for spares
Follow up with HO to send the offer.
Follow up with client to close the order - Discuss for clarity & payment terms before closure.
Booking figures against target set & keep reviewing with HO frequently.
B: Service:1. No service person to be deputed from HO2. Your responsibilities include: Attending customer complaints, installation and service calls till the closure of the project3. Explore option of AMC4. Service team to be fully equipped with tool kit required to attend the service job.5. Service report to be made or MOM signed off before leaving customer premises for warranty Complaints and service calls.Reports to be maintained:1.Service report2.Spares Target Vs Achieved3.Daily Report4.Minutes/Health checkup reportAssistant Service Manager Requirements:
Diploma / Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering /Industrial Production
A minimum of 5 to 6 years of proven experience in a customer service position.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excel.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Good understanding of management practices and techniques.
