Profile Summary:



A results-driven Inside Sales Representative (ISR) specializing in appointment setting, responsible for reaching out to potential customers, introducing company products/services, and scheduling meetings for the sales team. Skilled in cold calling, lead qualification, and customer engagement to drive business growth. Strong communication and persuasion skills, with a focus on delivering excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce products/services and generate interest. Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and schedule meetings for the sales team. Follow up with potential customers to confirm meetings and address initial queries. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of leads. Meet or exceed daily/weekly appointment-setting targets.

Skills & Qualifications:



1-2 Year of Sales Experience Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle objections and build rapport with customers. Experience in telecalling, cold calling, or inside sales preferred. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
