Responsibilities:
• Communicate with customers through outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups on leads.
• Understand customers' needs and identify sales opportunities.
• Provide accurate and detailed product/service information to potential customers.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and industry trends.
• Create and manage a database of current and potential customers.
• Demonstrate and explain product/service features to prospects.
• Research, qualify, and develop new sales leads.
• Stay informed about competitors' products and market trends.
• Upsell products and services to existing and potential customers.
Requirements:
• High school diploma, a bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Previous experience in an outbound calling or similar sales role preferred.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
• Proven skills in cold calling and building customer relationships.
• A customer-centric approach with excellent service skills.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
