. Overview
:We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Inside Sales Representative to convert student leads into revenue. This role involves engaging directly with prospective users who have expressed interest in Pragyan, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the decision-making process. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator who thrives on closing sales and helping students succeed
. Key Responsibilities :
• Lead Engagement and Nurturing :
• Reach out to potential users (students) who have filled interest forms or interacted with Pragyan through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
• Build rapport with students and their parents to understand their exam preparation goals and challenges.
• Conduct detailed product demonstrations tailored to individual needs, highlighting Pragyan's features and benefits.
• Maintain frequent follow-ups with undecided leads to keep them engaged and informed.
• Sales Conversion :
• Convert warm leads into paying customers by addressing concerns and showcasing how Pragyan solves their problems.
• Handle objections effectively, providing detailed and personalized solutions that align with user requirements.
• Guide users through the payment process and ensure they are onboarded seamlessly onto the platform.
• Customer Relationship Management :
• Maintain detailed records of all interactions in the CRM system, including call notes, user preferences, and progress updates.
• Proactively identify and escalate any barriers preventing conversion, collaborating with other teams to resolve them.
• Feedback and Improvement :
• Gather feedback from prospective users about their experience with Pragyan, including any challenges or hesitations.
• Share insights with the product and marketing teams to refine messaging, features, and user experience.
• Target Achievement and Reporting :
• Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly conversion targets.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improving conversion rates.
• Empathetic Selling :
• Create a positive and supportive experience for students, emphasizing how Pragyan can simplify their learning journey.
• Tailor communication styles to resonate with teenage students and their families, maintaining a balance of professionalism and approachability.
• Ideal Candidate :
• Prior experience in inside sales or telemarketing, ideally in the education or ed-tech sector.
• Strong persuasive communication skills, with the ability to build trust and handle objections effectively.
• Empathy and patience to understand the concerns of students and parents.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with experience using CRM tools.
• Target-driven with a focus on achieving measurable results.
