Job Summary :
The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for managing and nurturing leads, driving sales, and ensuring excellent customer service for prospective buyers and sellers. The role includes converting leads into sales opportunities, coordinating with the field sales team, and contributing to the overall revenue of the organization.
Key Responsibilities : -
Lead Management:
- Handle and follow up on leads generated through various marketing channels.
- Qualify leads to understand their requirements and provide suitable property options.
- Ensure timely and effective communication with all prospects.
Sales Coordination :
- Conduct property presentations over the phone or through virtual platforms.
- Explain the benefits, pricing, and features of properties to prospective clients.
- Set up site visits for interested buyers and coordinate with the field sales team.
Market Knowledge :
- Stay updated on the latest real estate trends, property offerings, and competitive landscape.
- Share insights with the team to improve product offerings and sales approaches
Qualifications :
- At least 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and present suitable property options.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
