Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail oriented Inside Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities through various channels. You will work closely with the sales to support our growth initiatives by converting potential leads into qualified prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Initiate contact with potential leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
• Responsible for setting up Appointments with Sales VP.
• Assess and qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure they meet our target customer profile.
• Maintain and update lead information in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
• Work closely with the sales to develop and implement lead generation strategies and campaigns.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new lead opportunities.
• Manage and nurture leads to ensure timely follow-up and engagement.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree.
• Previous experience of at least 3 years in lead generation, sales, or marketing.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to conduct research and analyze data.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
