Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Job Location: Calicut (In Office)
Salary: 15k to 20k

Job Overview:

The Sales Development Representative is the primary contact for clients within assigned portfolios to them, tasked with promoting Eallisto's engineering services and solutions. This role involves proactive communication and client engagement through various channels, ensuring clients are aware of Eallisto's extensive infrastructure offerings, including turnkey projects and sustainable energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the main contact for assigned portfolios, communicating via email, phone, and video calls.

- Introduce Eallisto's engineering services, focusing on turnkey infrastructure projects, industrial development, and sustainable energy.

- Introduce Eallisto's software and other services we cater to support client needs.

- Conduct regular follow-ups to maintain strong client relationships, clarify inquiries, and promote Eallisto's services.

- Arrange and coordinate in-person meetings for the senior sales team with clients.

- Log all communications and updates for tracking the progress.

- Request and share quotations as directed by the senior sales team, ensuring timely follow-ups.

Requirements:

- Experience in client relations, sales, or account management.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Familiarity with any portfolio tracking software like EalSuite (Optional).

- Clear communication of technical concepts and infrastructure solutions

- Knowledge of renewable energy or HVAC systems is a plus.

(Comprehensive Sales Training will be provided, however having prior 2+ years' experience is a plus).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
