Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing deals.
Responsibilities
• Identify and qualify potential customers through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of our products/services and effectively communicate their value proposition to prospects.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Achieve and exceed sales quotas and targets.
• Utilize CRM software to manage sales activities and customer data.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute sales strategies.
• Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Qualifications
• Proven track record in inside sales or a related sales role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent listening and presentation skills.
• Ability to handle objections and close deals.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years experience.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
