Position Overview : We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a professional fluent in English, Hindi, and the local language. This role involves engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing solutions that drive our sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
• Lead Generation and Management :
+ Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads and drive sales.
+ Respond promptly to inbound inquiries, converting them into sales opportunities.
+ Qualify leads through targeted questions and a thorough understanding of customer needs.
+ Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Customer Engagement :
+ Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service and effective communication.
+ Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services that meet those needs.
+ Provide detailed information about Le Roma Gardenia's offerings and answer customer queries.
• Sales Achievement :
+ Consistently achieve monthly sales targets and quotas.
+ Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and maximize revenue.
+ Collaborate with the sales team to improve overall sales strategies and processes.
• Market Intelligence :
+ Provide regular feedback to the management team regarding market trends, customer needs, and sales performance.
+ Stay updated with industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
Qualifications :
• Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and the local language.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• High level of motivation and a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
