Job Description

As an Inside Sales Representative at WeAssemble, you will play a critical role in generating new business and managing existing customer relationships. You will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, qualifying leads, and nurturing them into long-term business relationships. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for technology and a strong sales acumen to make an impact in the IT industry.



Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and engage with potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach.
• Sales Qualification: Qualify leads through discovery calls and email communication to determine their needs, and introduce WeAssemble's products/services.
• Product/Service Presentations: Conduct virtual meetings and demos to showcase WeAssemble's IT solutions and services tailored to client needs.
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Sales Pipeline Management: Accurately track all sales activities in CRM and ensure timely follow-ups to move prospects through the sales pipeline.
• Negotiation & Closing: Collaborate with the sales team to close deals, negotiate pricing, and overcome objections to secure business.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment between lead generation efforts and sales processes.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates to the sales manager on lead progress, sales forecast, and performance metrics.


Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (preferred).
• 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the IT or technology sector.
• Strong understanding of IT products and services (such as software development, cloud solutions, etc.) is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Experience with CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and sales reporting tools.
• Results-driven, with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
• Immediate availability for joining.


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?200,000.00 - ?300,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
