Job Description


What success looks like in this role:

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (written and spoken)
  • Customer Service and Sales Experience
  • Flexible to Work in EST timings
  • Goals and people-oriented
  • Patient, helpful, empathetic, good listener & professional
  • Ability to meet sales goals.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or 1-2 years of experience supporting proposals of moderate to high complexity.
  • Must be proficient in the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project), Adobe Acrobat,
  • Ability to work with teams and individuals of varying working styles
  • Ability to work overtime if needed
