JOB DESCRIPTION ISR ROLE:-
RESPONSIBILITES:
Identify and qualify potential leads through research, outbound calls/cold calls and emails Make sure follow with leads in proactively and on time
Convert client leads into sales opportunities through contacts with customers Relationship Building
Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision makers, delivering top-notch customer service and individualized attention
Coordinate with team members to establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships Product knowledge
Person should have experience in selling IT hardware (Lenovo/Dell/HP) peripherals.
Constantly learning about our product portfolio to ensure the right solution is recommended to customers
REQUIREMENTS: -
Experience of at least 1 to 4 years in an IT Industry or as well as Sales Expertise
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask
