Job Title: Inside Sales RepresentativeLocation: Gurgaon, IndiaCompany: Logistic companySalary: 6 LPAExperience: 5-6 years in sales, preferably in the logistics industrySchedule: 5 days workingResponsibilities: * Generate leads through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.

• Qualify leads and convert them into opportunities for the sales team.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for expanding the customer base.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and competitors' activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.

Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• 5-6 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the logistics industry.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
