SUMMARY

You, as the Inside Sales Representative (ISR) will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by generating leads and qualifying inbound inquiries for Microsoft and AWS products and solutions. This office-based role requires strong communication skills and a proactive approach to customer engagement. You should have a passion for technology, a knack for understanding customer needs, and a drive to support sales targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Handle inbound calls, emails, and web inquiries to generate new leads for Microsoft and AWS products and solutions.

2. Identify and qualify potential customers by understanding their needs and business challenges.

3. Conduct initial outreach and follow-up with prospects to create and maintain a robust pipeline of leads.

4. Provide detailed information about our products and services, responding to customer inquiries promptly.

5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers.

6. Conduct market research to identify potential leads and new business opportunities.

7. Prepare proposals, presentations, and demonstrations to showcase the solutions or services

8. Work closely with the Sales Executive / Business Development Executives to develop strategies for targeting potential customers and nurturing leads.

9. Assist the Sales Executive in preparing sales materials and presentations for customer meetings.

10. Provide administrative support, including data entry, updating CRM systems, and maintaining sales records.

11. Help prepare and deliver reports on lead generation activities and outcomes.

12. Participate in collaborative business meetings to update key stakeholders

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

1. Demonstrated ability to generate leads, convert prospects, close deals, and achieve sales targets

2. Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.

3. Interpersonal skills for building and developing relationships with clients

4. A flexible approach to work with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

QUALIFICATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS

1. 2+ years of experience in technology sales

2. Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field; master's degree is a plus.

3. Proven track record of success in lead generation within the IT industry. Specific experience in Azure, AWS and M365 will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ?35,000.00 per month
