Role Overview:
As a CRM Executive, you will be responsible for managing the customer relationship lifecycle, from handling incoming leads to converting them into long-term business relationships. You will be the key point of contact for B2B customers, responding to their inquiries, nurturing leads, and ensuring the timely delivery of quotations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Conversion
:
Actively engage with potential leads generated by the sales team or marketing efforts.
Qualify leads based on customer requirements, ensuring high-quality conversion.
Follow up with leads promptly and convert them into active customers.
Customer Enquiries Management
:
Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, or other communication channels.
Understand customer needs and provide accurate information about our products and services.
Address any concerns or questions customers may have, ensuring a positive experience.
Quotation Management
:
Prepare and send quotations to customers based on their requirements.
Collaborate with the sales and pricing teams to ensure that quotations are accurate and competitive.
Track the status of quotations and follow up with customers to close sales.
CRM System Maintenance
:
Keep the CRM system up to date with accurate customer data, lead status, and sales progress.
Log customer interactions, ensuring follow-ups are timely and consistent.
Customer Relationship Building
:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Regularly communicate with clients to update them on new products, services, or offers.
Collaboration with Sales Team
:
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from lead generation to conversion.
Provide feedback and insights to help improve the lead generation process.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience
: At least 1 year of experience in CRM, sales support, or customer service (preferably in a B2B environment).
Communication Skills
: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage clients professionally.
CRM Software Knowledge
: Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
Customer Focus
: Strong customer service mindset, with the ability to manage and resolve client concerns efficiently.
Organizational Skills
: Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries and leads simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Problem Solving
: Ability to think critically and offer solutions to clients' needs or challenges.
Team Player
: Ability to collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, etc.).
