As an Inside Sales Representative specializing in cybersecurity/IT software sales, you will play a pivotal role in driving Delphi Infotech's revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing sales leads within the cybersecurity and IT software domain. You'll be responsible for researching potential customers, generating leads through various channels, and maintaining CRM records on all leads and prospects.
Responsibilities-Lead Generation -Proactively generate leads using channels like cold calling, email outreach, and digital marketing campaigns. Client Engagement- Engage with prospects to understand their cybersecurity needs and assess their compatibility with our solutions. Sales Representations -Deliver compelling presentations tailored to showcase the value proposition of our cybersecurity and IT solutions. CRM Management: Accurately document and update CRM information to maintain a record of all lead interactions. Relationship Building : To maintain strong relationships with clients, offering post-sales support and finally , contributing to the overall success of Delphi Infotech.A motivated self-starter with a results-oriented mindset.
