Job Description

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, nurturing leads, and managing relationships with existing clients. This role is highly customer-centric, requiring both proactive outreach and timely follow-ups. The representative will work closely with the outside sales team to coordinate sales efforts and provide excellent customer service. Inside Sales Representatives are also responsible for achieving monthly sales targets and maintaining an accurate CRM system.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead Generation and Prospecting :
• Proactively reach out to new leads through cold calling, emails, and social media.
• Respond to inbound inquiries and identify opportunities for sales growth.
• Qualify leads based on company criteria.
• Customer Relationship Management :
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Understand customer needs and requirements to offer tailored solutions.
• Follow up with potential and existing clients to encourage repeat business.
• Sales Presentations and Negotiations :
• Conduct virtual product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
• Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and other sales-related matters.
• Close sales deals effectively.
• Collaboration :
• Coordinate with the outside sales team to ensure a seamless sales process.
• Work with the marketing team to follow up on campaigns and promotions.
• Liaise with the customer service and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• CRM and Reporting :
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports to track progress towards goals.
• Forecast sales and provide feedback to the management team.
• Market and Product Knowledge :
• Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Keep a thorough understanding of the company's products and services.
• Provide customers with insights and product recommendations based on their needs.

Qualifications :

• Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Experience :
• 1-3 years of inside sales or related sales experience in a digital marketing agency.
• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
• Skills :
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
