Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct Outbound calls to the campaign
• Source new sales opportunities through lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, and emails
• Understand customer needs and requirements through discovery calls.
• Upsell other products wherever possible.
• Nurturing of current leads in the pipeline and past clients from our Database
• Meet personal targets and work towards meeting team targets.
• Achieve KPIs including Contact Volumes, Lead Generation, Growth, and Client Satisfaction

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experienced
• Well-versed in spoken and written English
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
• Team Player
• Good time management skills
• Intermediate-level computer skills
• Experience in BPO and Sales background in financial products (loans, Insurance, etc.) will be highly regarded
• We are looking for young enthusiastic people who are team players and can add value to a dynamic team
