We are looking for a results-driven Inside Sales Representative with a passion for cybersecurity to join our sales team. As an ISR at Heritage Cyberworld LLP, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and closing sales deals with prospective clients. This is a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and make a significant impact in the fight against cyber threats.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prospect, qualify, and generate new sales leads through inbound and outbound sales activities, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.

2. Conduct thorough research to identify key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations and develop tailored sales pitches to address their specific cybersecurity needs.

3. Engage with prospects to understand their security challenges, educate them about our cybersecurity solutions, and position Heritage Cyberworld LLP as the preferred vendor.

4. Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies, including managing sales pipelines, tracking leads, and forecasting sales projections.

5. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects through regular communication, follow-up, and proactive outreach to keep them engaged throughout the sales process.

6. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features, benefits, and value propositions of our cybersecurity solutions to potential clients.

7. Work closely with marketing teams to support lead generation efforts, coordinate marketing campaigns, and leverage marketing materials to drive sales conversions.

8. Stay informed about the latest cybersecurity trends, industry developments, and competitive landscape to effectively position Heritage Cyberworld LLP's offerings in the market.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Cyber Security or related field preferred.

- Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the cybersecurity industry.

- Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, technologies, and solutions.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.

- Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed and exceed sales targets.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.

- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
