Inside Sales Representative - Channels & AlliancesAs an Inside Sales Representative you will work closely with the Enterprise sales teams to assist in furthering their relationships and customer penetration for the benefit of SUSE.Focus AreasWork closely with a small team of account executives (AEs) to build on and expand existing relationships with customers.Support AEs with lower-level customer contact, quoting, transaction handling, and forecast maintenance.Propose additional SUSE solutions that will quickly resolve customer issues.Operate collaboratively with SUSE teams that are all touching the customer and the ecosystem.AccountabilitiesManage both Named and Non-Named account Renewals poolExecute Named account MQL to SQO qualification, supporting the AE during the Pipeline Qualification sales stage.Manage SUSE centric Non-Named account MQL to SQO qualification, where ISR can:support the TAM during the Pipeline Qualification sales stage, or,progress opportunity to Booked/Won sales stage.Manage Partner centric Non-Named account MQL handoverPreferred Experience & SkillsUniversity degree in a business-related discipline.Extensive professional selling experience, preferably in IT / Data Center sales.Demonstrates experience & success in selling new business through partners and their respective initiatives/projects at senior executive level.Brings a solid understanding of the Open Source, Software Defined Infrastructure or Cloud market and related customer needs.Role specifics may include related industry knowledge including Linux, SDS, SDN, other open-source software in infrastructure layer, HPC and SAP HANA.
