Acts as a coordinator between multiple projects at a business and aligning with overall business goals.
Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
Detailed understanding of training modules on products and services, CRM software and Calling Cloud Center.
Cold calling and US Customer Prospecting.
Reporting to Business Development Manager and updating the CRM Reports.
Updating stages on CRM after customer interaction.
Understanding customer needs and identifying sales opportunities.
Answering potential customers\' questions and sending additional information per email.
Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers using CRM Software.
Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
Stay informed about competitive products and services.
Researching and qualifying new leads.
Setting up of appointments on a daily basis.
Inside Sales Representative Requirements:
Willing to work in the US outbound Voice Process.
Keen to learn Microsoft Office CRM software such as Outreach, Zoom info and calling Software like Five9.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
Strong listening and sales skills.
Ability to achieve targets.
