Earlier Sequoia Surge, Foundamental, HDFC Capital Advisors Limited and Stride Ventures have invested in Brick&Bolt. In Jan 2023, we raised Series A2 Funding of $10 million from Accel and Celesta Capital.
Designation - Inside SalesRole & Responsibilities:
  • Inside Sales Associate acts as the first interface of Brick&Bolt. Customer Analysis and move leads (service request) forward in the conversion pipeline. Owning and hitting/exceeding weekly and monthly sales targets within assigned leads.
  • Customer Engagement and Operations - Manages leads (Service Requests) and makes sure that customers are engaged throughout the sales life cycle.
  • Process Oriented - Data-centric in approach and come up with smart & efficient processes for amazing customer experience.
  • Tracking - Tracks each opportunity/lead (service request) and makes sure that the related tasks are accomplished on time.
  • Work with the Product team and provide the inputs to improve the interface, for better customer support and experience.
Required Skills
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience
  • Energetic and passionate to do whatever it takes to creatively and effectively achieve your goals
  • Fluent, and good communication skills
  • Quick thinking and should be target-oriented
  • Must know to communicate in Kannada/Telugu/Tamil/Hindi/Marathi
  • Work From Office is Mandatory - Bangalore
  • Experience and enthusiasts for engaging with customers, helping to create a culture that fosters perpetual improvement
