Description and Requirements Position Title Inside sales Specialist Job Objective The inside sales team within the Lenovo direct business is responsible for supporting existing customer base and driving new customer acquisition via Inbound and outbound calls This is a critical role which will be responsible to achieve weekly and quarterly targets. Role Description Key Responsibilities Manage assigned accounts via Tele (inbound and outbound), email, web approach Understand the customer requirement and Recommend Lenovo Product & Solutio Maintain customer journey in MS Dynamics & Manage pipeline Take ownership of customer end to end sales cycle until fulfilment/Delivery Achieve set weekly, Monthly & Quarterly Targets Ability to work with cross functional teams when needed Perform independently when engaging and closing identified sales opportunities within the customer base Specification & Requirement Education/ Qualification Any Post Graduate (full time) Work Experience 1- 3 years experience post Full time graduation Consumer/Commercial Technology organization experience, desirable
