Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our B2B sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients via email and phone calls, conducting cold calls, and nurturing leads to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct cold calls and follow-up calls to prospective clients.
• Reach out to leads via email to introduce our services and generate interest.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through consistent communication.
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in an inside sales role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence decision-makers.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
