Job Description


:Processing all customer orders & enquires. Ensuring the highest possible levels of customer satisfaction to maximize sales and repeat business.Responsible for:

  • Order entry and checking
  • Order progressing (chasing) and amending.
  • Quotations of price and delivery date
  • Credit notes requests
  • Lead Qualification
  • Sales Force opportunities creation & driving them to the end
  • Assist Territory Managers with special pricing and account administration etc.
  • RMA Processing
  • Work with TMs to get customer issues resolved
  • Update customer/distributors about their order status.
