Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage and motivate a team of 8-10 Inside Sales Associates, providing guidance and support to achieve team targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
• Oversee training programs to ensure team members have thorough product knowledge and understanding of customer segments.
• Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and implement improvement plans as needed.
• Prepare and deliver impactful sales pitches; make presentations to potential clients through video calls.
• Utilize CRM and cloud telephony tools to track and manage sales activities efficiently.
• Set, pursue, and achieve sales targets meticulously and consistently.
• Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business goals.

Main Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales management, preferably in a similar role.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Good convincing and negotiation skills; strong execution orientation.
• Demonstrated passion for marketing and business development.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and cloud telephony systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ?600,000.00 per year
