About the Role
Customer Success team is a new team which hand holds an Enterprise client and ensure customer success - which is defined in terms of product usage, engagement level, NPS and churn. We are looking for skilled Customer Success Managers to oversee the relationships of the company with its clients. This team ensures that all our customers are activated and successful before they are handed over to the KAM team.
What will you do?
• Lead Prospecting and Business Development:
• Proactively prospect and hunt for new business opportunities.
• Conduct a minimum of 150 outbound calls per day to potential clients.
• Deal Closure: Drive a large number of demos and deals to closure each month.
Customer Engagement:
• Create a positive first impression with prospects and customers by actively listening to their business needs.
• Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications designed to increase customer interest.
• Account Renewals:Manage a specific list of accounts and ensure their renewal when the time comes.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with these accounts.
Minimum Qualifications:
• B.Tech/MBA is preferred
• Has work experience in SAAS products
• Has work experience in Inside Sales
• Self-starter with high energy, aggressiveness, and a results-oriented mindset.
• Strong desire to excel in technology sales.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
