Roles and Responsibilities:
• Lead Conversion:
• Engage with potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Understand client needs and present tailored solutions from our product/service portfolio.
• Pipeline Management:
• Qualify leads generated through marketing campaigns or other sources.
• Maintain and update the CRM with accurate information about leads and sales activities.
• Sales Targets:
• Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
• Proactively follow up with prospects to close deals and build lasting relationships.
• Product Knowledge:
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services to communicate effectively with clients.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on strategies and campaigns.
• Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs.
• Customer Engagement:
• Build trust and rapport with clients to ensure a smooth sales process.
• Address client inquiries promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in making outbound calls and engaging with clients.
