Your role in detail
• Engage with potential customers, understand their requirements, and provide detailed information about Zolo's offerings
• Effectively communicate all relevant details to prospective customers, addressing inquiries and concerns.
• Coordinate visits through three modes - walk-ins, in-person, and WhatsApp video tours.
• Guide customers through the pre-booking process
• Work towards and exceed monthly booking targets through proactive calling efforts.
Qualifications -
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Results-driven mindset
• Self-motivated and adaptable to a fast-paced startup environment.
