About the role: As an Inside Sales Trainee, you will be responsible for lead-generation efforts using various marketing tools and email marketing strategies. Your role will involve: Responsibilities:
Research and identify key players within target accounts.
Maintain and expand database of prospects within the assigned territory
Source new sales opportunities through LinkedIn and outbound email campaigns.
Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
Requirements
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s in marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) from 2023 & 2024 pass outs only.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship skills.
Fast learner with an ability to adapt new technologies/techniques based on requirements. An open mindset and will seek out feedback to refine and develop their skills.
The ability to problem-solve.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a plus.
Candidates will have to undergo a 4-step interview process that includes: 1) Online Aptitude test, 2) Group discussion, 3) Face to face interview and 4) Managerial interview. Selected candidates from Online test will be invited to our Hyderabad office for further process with short notice.
