Position : Inside Sales Representative
Location : Gurgaon
Experience : 1-3 years
Roles and Responsibilities :
• Lead Management :
• Identify and qualify potential customers through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online platforms.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and other sources.
• Sales and Conversion :
• Present and promote products/services to prospective customers.
• Understand customer needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Close sales and achieve monthly or quarterly sales targets.
• Customer Relationship Management :
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Provide excellent pre- and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaboration and Coordination :
• Work closely with the marketing and field sales teams to generate qualified leads.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth product/service delivery.
• Market Research and Insights :
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Provide feedback and insights to improve sales strategies and product offerings.
• Reporting and Documentation :
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the management team.
Requirements :
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
