Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales professionals to ensure high performance and achieve sales goals.
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
• Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
• Collaborate with marketing and other departments to develop and execute promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
