Work Schedule: Full Time, Monday to Saturday, 10:00a.m. to 7:00pm. Hours may vary on occasion, depending on workload. Second and Fourth Saturday Holiday. Pay Fixed Pay Starts at Rs. 25,000 per month, along with additional variable pay and performance bonuses based on achievements and targets met. Work Location Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Req. Qualification: A master\xe2\x80\x99s or bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business administration or related field. Req. Experience: (1-2) Years of relevant Experience as Sales or Business Development officer in Food Industry. Req. Knowledge and Skills:

Key Responsibilities Business Development and Sales: Generate leads and convert them into successful projects. Collaborate closely with domain experts in the production department. Understand research and development requirements from leads and translate them into a clear format. Effectively communicate requirements to domain experts for proposal creation. Work closely with Accounts and Operations teams to plan project budgets. Ensure seamless project execution. Prospect potential clients and initiate negotiations. Establish strong working relationships with clients using various communication channels. Proactively follow up on leads through phone, Skype, email, and in-person meetings. Skillfully negotiate and renegotiate deals to achieve mutually beneficial agreements. Meet and exceed sales targets. Consistently submit comprehensive reports on a monthly and yearly basis for continuous improvement. Develop sales goals for the team and ensure they are met. Provide training and support to team members, helping them enhance their skills. Ensure strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and ethical sales practices. Continuously add value to the sales process by staying updated with industry trends and market insights. Customer Care: Maintain strong relationships with customer\xe2\x80\x99s post-sales closure. Conduct proactive follow-ups with customers. Address project-related challenges or concerns promptly. Ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and project success.
