Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement organic lead generation strategies for targeted social media platforms.
-Create engaging content to attract and convert potential leads.
-Actively engage with audiences through comments, messages, and group discussions.
-Build and maintain relationships with potential leads to ensure long-term engagement.
-Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria to align with business objectives.
-Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and hand off qualified leads.
Requirements:
-Proven experience in organic lead generation on LinkedIn, Instagram, Telegram, WhatsApp, and Facebook.
-Strong understanding of social media algorithms, engagement tactics, and content strategies.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance.
-Creative, adaptable, and proactive approach to social media engagement.
- 1 year to 2 years experience are required.
