Job Overview:
The Sales Representative is responsible for generating and qualifying leads, maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth through inbound and outbound calls. This role requires effective communication, sales skills, and the ability to close deals over the phone or via email.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate new business opportunities by prospecting, cold calling, and qualifying leads.
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations over the phone, email, or video.
• Follow up with inbound leads and convert them into customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience in inside sales or customer service.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
