Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will engage with potential clients via phone, email, and online platforms to promote our products and services. Your primary responsibilities will include prospecting leads, building strong customer relationships, identifying client needs, and closing sales. You will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify leads through outbound/inbound calls and emails.
• Build and maintain customer relationships to drive repeat business.
• Present product solutions, address inquiries, and negotiate contracts.
• Update CRM systems with customer data and sales progress.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and KPIs.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-driven mindset with a proactive approach.
• Experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM tools is desirable.
