Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation:
• Identify and qualify potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
• Maintain and update a database of prospective clients.
• Sales Calls:
• Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers to sell products and services.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions and recommendations.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
• Sales Targets:
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with the marketing team to coordinate lead generation efforts.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies.
Preferred Skills:
• Previous experience in inside sales or telemarketing.
• Knowledge of the industry and products.
• Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
