Working Days: 5 Days (Monday to Friday)

We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive to work with our prestigious client, Samsung . This role requires individuals who are absolutely fluent in English and have a strong passion for sales. You will be responsible for driving sales, maintaining customer relationships, and promoting Samsung's range of products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls and send emails to potential customers to promote Samsung products and services.
• Build and maintain relationships with both existing and potential clients.
• Understand customer requirements and offer relevant Samsung solutions.
• Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company.
• Provide product information and resolve client queries efficiently.
• Track and report sales activities in the CRM system.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and responses to customer inquiries.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.

Requirements:

• Education: Graduate (Any stream).
• Experience: Freshers or individuals with up to 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the tech or electronics industry.
• Language Proficiency: Must be absolutely fluent in English (both written and spoken).
• Skills:
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with clients effectively.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.
• Knowledge of Samsung products or the electronics industry is a plus.
