We are seeking a highly motivated and target-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering sales performance, ensuring call targets are met, and maintaining a high standard of customer interaction. This role requires a strong commitment to achieving key performance indicators and supporting a dynamic team environment.
SALARY: ? 22000/Month - (Negotiable)
Key Responsibilities:
• Consistently deliver a minimum of 70% success rate in sales delivery per assigned agent.
• Provide detailed information and guidance on our range of Ayurvedic products to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
• Conduct outbound calls to convert leads into sales and achieve set daily targets. ? Ensure all "FAD" calls (First Attempt Delivery) are completed by the agents.
• Follow up with inbound inquiries to ensure timely conversion
• Collaborate with team members and management to ensure a supportive, growth-oriented sales culture.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in the CRM system and ensure consistent follow-ups.
Qualification:
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in telesales. Salary may differ for freshers.
• Strong communication skills. (fluency in hindi).
• Education requirement: 12th Pass.
