Inside Sales Executive

Job Description

• Identify new sales opportunities : Research potential customers, use industry directories and mailing lists, and attend trade shows
• Build relationships with clients : Answer customer questions, resolve concerns, and make follow-up calls
• Negotiate sales terms : Negotiate a customized sales package, discounts, and after-sale services
• Collaborate with the sales team : Find online leads and direct them to sales executives
• Focus on the early part of the sales cycle : Map markets, generate leads, and convert them into prospects
• Engage with decision makers : Identify decision makers and engage with them over conference calls and emails
• Develop sales opportunities : Research and identify potential accounts, build rapport, and prepare quotations
• Close new accounts : Answer telephone, fax, and e-mail inquiries
• Fill orders : Transfer orders to fulfillment, communicate expected delivery date, and explain stock-outs

Some qualifications and skills for an inside sales executive include:

• A bachelor's degree in business or a related field
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal abilities
• A results-driven mindset
• Proficiency in sales techniques and CRM software
• Knowledge in technology industry is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?9,571.48 - ?15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Fixed shift
• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift
• Weekend only

• Fluent English (Required)
