Job Overview:
Notion51 Digital Technologies Pvt Ltd is actively seeking an Inside Sales Specialist who excels in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role focuses on engaging with B2B clients through various channels, aiming to drive sales and expand our digital marketing and IT services.

Employment Details:

• Job Mode: Hybrid with requirement to travel as needed
• Shifts: Rotational with 2 days off per week
• Timings: 10AM - 7pm
• Salary: Starts from ? 15,000 per month , plus a fixed 7% incentive commission on each lead closure
• Candidates must own a personal laptop.
• Travel allowance provided for work-related travel.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively approach targeted business clients via telephone, email, social networks, and at events to generate leads and close sales.
• Conduct detailed research to discover new customer leads and market opportunities.
• Engage in daily sales calls and meetings to connect with B2B clients, effectively communicating the value of our services.
• Facilitate new client registrations and manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing.
• Review and analyze sales performances, striving to meet or exceed monthly targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with executive-level stakeholders through strategic communication and regular follow-ups.

Skills Required:

• Strong business communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Workspace tools.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to self-manage, learn quickly, and implement new techniques effectively.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the region for client meetings and events.
