Role Summary:
As a Call Center Sales Executive at Lemonpeak, you will be responsible for handling inbound sales calls from potential customers in the US. Your role will involve understanding customer needs, recommending suitable products or services, and closing sales to meet the company's revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound sales calls from US-based customers efficiently and professionally.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions from company's service offerings.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of company's products and services.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
• Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to provide feedback on customer insights and market trends.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within a call center environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is a plus.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply.
• Candidates should be willing to work night shifts.
